Ballet Barre

Ballet barre classes incorporate a combination of upper body and lower body workouts at the barre, with alternating intensities for the core, seat, and thigh. Each barre class we offer is designed to stretch and strengthen, while also inspiring you to feel challenged and refreshed. Our instructors are highly in-tune with the class’s needs, and are there to encourage and direct you during your session.
