Men’s Stretch
The men’s stretch class is designed to meet the unique needs of men. The class emphasizes back health and includes stretching of the hip musculature, increasing flexibility of the spine and strengthening of the supporting abdominal musculature and some education on improved body mechanics.
Many of our participants are golfers who wish to improve their game.
